Two Weeks Off
I took off from yoga for about two weeks. Not on purpose, just life-stuff taking precedence.
Went back last night. Oy, it's almost like starting over, except now I know how bad I am. When I started, it was all new. Now it's, you know, regular routine, but worse -- I used to be able to do this stuff better two weeks ago!
On the other hand, I did have good balance. And I was totally aware of my breathing -- why it was good, why it was bad. And I could identify things -- techniques, opportunities -- that I would never have been able to figure out before.
